Pet Critical Care:

Place Your Trust in Town & Country Animal Hospital

Dropoff treatment

When tragedy strikes, every second counts. At Town & Country Animal Hospital, our knowledgeable veterinarians and staff are prepared to handle emergencies from the moment they arrive.

Whether a pet has been hit by a car, attacked by another animal, or has a serious illness that has suddenly taken a turn for the worse, we have the education, tools, and experience needed to provide life-saving veterinary care.

Veterinary Diagnostics

In order to properly examine and diagnose your pet, Town & Country Animal Hospital is equipped with the latest in advanced veterinary diagnostic tools. Our in-house laboratory enables us to perform blood work on site and quickly obtain the results, so treatments can begin immediately. Veterinary ultrasound allows us to painlessly examine your pet’s internal organs, while digital pet X-rays show us any muscular-skeletal conditions that may be present.

Should your pet require emergency veterinary care, rest assured that our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle his or her needs. We offer blood transfusions for pet patients who need them. If a pet is experiencing breathing difficulties—whether due to hypothermia, pneumonia, or heart or lung disease—our veterinary hospital is equipped with an oxygen tank. We also have an incubator for use in caring for pediatric pet patients.

In addition, each of our surgical suites feature high-tech monitoring devices to ensure your pet’s safety throughout any procedure. These include a Doppler blood pressure machine and electrocardiography (ECG) to monitor your pet’s heart function, along with a pulse oximeter to track oxygen levels within the blood. If you would like to learn more about the many safety protocols we have in place, please visit our veterinary surgery section.
